Today, former Staten Island Republican Party Chairman John Antoniello endorsed Joe Caldarera for Congress in the 11th Congressional District of New York. This is the latest in a string of important endorsements, including the NRA, House Freedom Caucus Member Congressman Gosar, Family-PAC Federal and Republicans for National Renewal, demonstrating real momentum for the Caldarera campaign.
As leader of the Staten Island Republican Party, Chairman Antoniello presided during the successful campaigns of the last two Republican Congressmen, Michael Grimm and Dan Donovan.
Former Staten Island Republican Party Chairman John Antoniello said, “Today I am proud to endorse former Assistant District Attorney, Joe Caldarera, for Congress on Staten Island and in South Brooklyn. As former Chairman of the Staten Island Republican party, I can tell you that Joe is the best hope for the future of our district and the future of our Republican party.
“Joe is the only Republican candidate running for Congress in our district who is Pro Life, the only candidate who supports our 2nd Amendment, and the only candidate who fully supports our President.
“I invite all Republicans on Staten Island and in Brooklyn to join me in supporting the only conservative for Congress, and vote Joe Caldarera on June 23rd.
“Additionally, I encourage his primary opponent to debate him before the June 23rd primary so that voters can see the differences between the two candidates for themselves.”
Joe Caldarera said, “I am grateful for the endorsement of former Chairman Antoniello. He is a giant and has earned the respect of everyone in our party. The Chairman understands that I am the only pro-life, pro-Second Amendment and pro-Trump candidate on the ballot in the Republican primary and I look forward to offering the voters of Staten Island and South Brooklyn a loyal conservative choice on June 23rd.”
